Rovebound provides travel information, inspiration, lightweight planning tools and referrals to independent third-party providers.

What Rovebound provides
Rovebound publishes travel articles, route sketches, Personal Legend suggestions, packing/fit guidance and recommendations about third-party goods and services. Rovebound does not arrange or book travel, operate tours, sell insurance, take customer payments or act as merchant of record for third-party transactions.
No booking or agency relationship
Rovebound is a publisher and referral website, not a travel agent, tour operator or booking intermediary. Using the site does not create an agency, fiduciary or professional-adviser relationship between you and Rovebound. If Rovebound ever begins arranging travel, accepting booking funds or selling travel services directly, these Terms and the applicable compliance setup must be reviewed before that feature launches.
Planner and travel information
The Planner is a lightweight editorial inspiration tool. Suggestions, durations, route feasibility scores and budget categories are illustrative, not quotations, confirmed itineraries or live feasibility checks. A route that is logistically plausible in the Planner can still become impractical because of current borders, weather, transport schedules, closures or personal circumstances. Verify current prices, availability, transport, entry requirements, closures, weather, advisories and safety information with relevant authorities and providers.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for checking passports/entry requirements, permits, local laws, weather, road and trail conditions, closures, wildfire or avalanche information, wildlife guidance, health requirements, operator qualifications and community access rules relevant to your trip.
Outdoor, remote and adventure travel can involve serious risks. Rovebound content is general information and does not replace emergency, medical, legal, immigration, navigation, wilderness-safety or other professional advice.
Third-party purchases and services
When you follow a provider link, you leave Rovebound. The third party sets price, availability and transaction terms and handles payment, fulfilment, cancellations, refunds, warranties and customer support.
Affiliate relationships
Some links may be affiliate links after program approval. When a recommendation contains a material commercial relationship, Rovebound aims to disclose it clearly and close to the recommendation. A commercial relationship does not guarantee placement, determine a Personal Legend result or turn an editorial mention into a first-hand review. Prices, stock, offers and merchant terms can change after publication; the provider page controls the actual transaction.
Automated and editorial tools
Rovebound may use automated tools to help draft, organize or generate parts of the site experience. Rovebound remains responsible for what it publishes. Automated output is not an authoritative source for live safety, legal, health, immigration, border or emergency information.
Content rights
Rovebound’s original branding, design, code and editorial material are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Third-party marks and content remain subject to their owners’ rights. Linking to a government, community, First Nation or business does not imply endorsement or authority to speak for it.
Availability and limitations
We aim to provide useful information, but errors and changes can occur. To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted access, completeness or suitability for a particular trip. Nothing here excludes rights, duties or liabilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
Applicable law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Yukon and applicable federal laws of Canada, subject to mandatory protections that apply where you live.
